There was no communication from them after booking until I reached out. Having used them twice in the past, I was disappointed at the lack of communication compared to previous moves.

Movers did not know how to pack to get two bedrooms worth into a 20' truck. The couldn't get the sofa out of the house. They left items behind. I paid for 5 hours of help for just 2 bedrooms. DO NOT USE.

Very slow, do not think the men we were sent have moved anyone before, didn't really seem to know what they were doing much and could not pack things in well.
