Unprofessional movers. Blasted music in the hallway while moving. Why not use earbuds? Damaged my wall & took lengths to get it repaired after they pushed scheduled repair back multiple times. Also, the tone of the 'owner' who assisted with the move was unprofessional and rude in trying to get the damage that they caused repaired. This one guy thought it was a good idea to speak to me like I was a child. I also noticed damage to my sofa that I did not mention because I was not there to witness, but almost 100 percent sure it wasn't there prior because I would have surely cut myself from the broken metal that was visibly noticeable. I noticed after they left. They can have that one, but I will never use again in the future!

These guys were so fast! They were zipping in and out with boxes and everything was out exactly where I asked. They’re so quick and efficient. They could carry large stacks of boxes so easily. I would definitely hire these movers again.

Regarding the communication, they only communicated via text. Clearly they stay good and busy. But they were responsive to my texts all the same. The workers, Myles and Jyquan were respectful, professional and thorough. My cousin (mid-60s) worked mostly with them and he commented on how he could see 'that they were raised right'. I had to laugh at the generational difference, or what is noticed when there are generational differences. All in all, we really were blessed by these young gents. They moved quickly, asked clarifying questions, and kept asking me to walkthrough to make sure I didn't need anything else done. Truly an awesome Team. (I don't know if I am to put this here, but below this section is a tip request. I am not adding a tip on this request because I tipped them in person. I thought that was appropriate and didn't realize this survey would ask for it. Please don't rate them poorly because there is no tip response in your survey app. Thanks!!)
