I am a planner and the owner was very delayed in getting back with me about a time for the day. He was trying to juggle other jobs. When they finally showed up, there were 2 guys to move and 1 to pack. I paid for 2 guys for 2 hours, but the owner stayed to pack. They did a great job with moving the items and the owner did a great job packing the truck. I would have given them 5 stars all the way around but they stole a pair of Nike Running shoes and the communication was very poor. Honestly, not sure if there is anything else missing at this point.
