They were 4 hours late, wouldn’t pick up the phone at all the entire day they were supposed to come. The guys were super nice and apologetic, but struggled arranging items in the container. Additionally my loading dock closed before they finished and they completely missed the slot I had reserved. I

Reed and Joe were great! I gave them a tricky job - the loading dock for my building was all the way across from my apartment, but they were good sports and worked efficiently to help get my things delivered. Would hire again!

100% worth five stars, truly. This is my 3rd move using uhaul’s Moving Help and Busy was one of my favorites. A really cool team that was super communicative, friendly, and got my studio-sized amount of stuff moved in under an hour. Thank you Reed and Robbie!!
