The movers themselves were very good to deal with, however they showed up 5 hours later than agreed upon and did not communicate that there would be any delay until I requested confirmation that they were running on schedule 10 minutes prior to our planned time. Communication prior to moving was poor and the company did not pick up calls at the number provided (I had to reach out to U-Haul to confirm that it was the right number). DO NOT USE.

I checked the reviews and hired them, result was contrary and I am not sure when the u-box was returned at the u-haul location, it was not communicated well, due to which I am being charged monthly rent and now I am chasing to get my money refunded.

Communication was great! My moving team did an amazing job packing all my stuff. I know I had a lot lol but they made it work. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

These movers were horrible. I was texted the day before my move by Fabian and gave a time. The following day i was called from a completely different number asking for the same info. Denise informed me she was on her way, This took 3 hours. I spoke to Denise and she never informed me they were supposed to take my u-haul back to the location. My things were dropped. they had no wrapping paper for my things so they used all my tape to wrap my furniture. Ms, Denise refused to come pick my unit up and return it to the store. Horrible service indeed. The movers were 2 completely different set of people then Fabian and Denise. They do not answer the phone despite multiple calls.
