Movers arrived on time and were super friendly and polite. However, movers arrived and said they were told last minute that they had to disassemble the bed, so they forgot to bring tools. I have told the manager a couple days and he confirmed. So I had to run and try to get tools. While I was looking for tools they tried to put the bed frame in the elevator. I arrived with my tools and they disassembled the bed at the elevators. They did damage the bed and then told me that they didn’t break it and that there was tape. I also think the loading of a few items could have been better. Very expensive for the service I got. I’m glad they arrived on time and at all.

Lee and Ron were incredible. They showed up on the agreed upon time ready to work. They asked about the size of the truck and where we were traveling. They walked around the 2 bedroom apartment to assess the project and boom, went to work. In 1.5 hours they loaded all the contents onto the truck. The best part is after driving the truck 7 hours - nothing moved in back of truck - all contents were securely loaded. Highly recommend.

Lee and Ron did a phenomenal job loading up at 20' truck from a 4th floor WALK UP. They got it done in 4 hours. Professional, friendly, FAST, efficient, great communication. So thankful for their help! Great experience with Welcome Home Movers.
