Jay and Horace of Smart Move are the best of the best. Literally, they are second to none. I have used Smart Move multiple times in the past and I cannot say enough amazing things about these guys. They are respectful, professional, on-time (every time) and more than willing to do what it takes to do an amazing job for their clients. I highly recommend them (and I have in the past) for your next move. They are hard workers and no job is ever too big for them. They are experts at fitting things in a truck and ensuring their safety during the transit. They also advise their clients well regarding what may be needed for the move. Jay and his crew were very professional, worked efficiently, and were careful with all of the objects they moved. At the end of a long day, it was so helpful to have them quickly reassemble furniture at our house. What was most appreciated, though, was how the crew worked with my husband to determine the best way to get a very large, heavy antique upright piano into the house. It took some creativity, but it was successfully moved. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Jay and his team have been absolutely incredible to work with. They’ve taken extreme care and caution when loading and unloading the furniture for my business. Smart Move was fantastic. Communication was excellent. Movers arrived early for the load up and completed it carefully and efficiently. Jay and Horace were top of the line. Courteous, friendly, and completely professional. They loaded everything with care and then at the other end completed a tricky, Tetris-like unload to a third-floor walk-up, and even wrapped up ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service!
