They were moving slowly and were on their phones. They didn’t pack the truck correctly and my daughter and I had to move the rest of our things ourselves. We also assisted them with unloading the truck. I want a refund for at least 3 of the 6 hours that they worked. They also broke my storage unit and didn’t tell me. That told my daughter. My daughter’s snow globe that she personally made was also broken. She broke down and cried because she can’t get it fixed, it was priceless. I would like to be compensated for our losses.
