It took about 90 minutes to unload so part of the lower rating is on U-Haul for only offering the option of three hours. Will I receive a credit for the time not used? I tipped in cash.

These guys hustled. When they finished faster than the time booked, they grabbed brooms and mops and started cleaning floors for us. I would absolutely recommend them.
