MAKE A MOVE

Man named Chris asked for confirmation number upon scheduling time and date. Ignored multiple calls and texts day of load and never showed up. My friends had to come and load the truck for me. I am a senior woman who was left with no help until my friends sent their kids.

Abysmal experience. After assisting with the 'pack' portion of the move, went to lunch and never returned - texts went unanswered and calls went straight to voicemail. I lost money on the truck I'd rented and had to rent a cargo van to complete the load+unload portion of the move on my own. The low hourly rate isn't worth the stress of having to frantically hire competent, reliable movers after these guys ghost you.

Movers were efficient, packed my things in the truck really well - organized and fit together well. Worked quickly but didn't rush and no damage to my things or my walls. Communication was great.

Chris was great - when I had problems with Uhaul, he went to the facility three times to pick up my stuff and went out of his way to make sure I got my pod in a timely manner.
