The move went smooth, but the headboard to my bed was broken while the movers were taking it out of the U-Haul. They weren’t very careful when sliding things out and the headboard ended up falling over when they slid the mattress out. Now I have to find a way to fix it this week.

Tyler and Kelsey were professional and exceptional They had us unloaded much quicker than we expected and set everything up that we needed. We were so impressed with the service they provided. We will use them again when we move into our permanent location

I hate to leave a bad review. Poor communication-the UHaul website booked for a morning, when I indicated an afternoon. I tried and tried to get in contact to get it corrected, but couldn’t leave a voicemail and sent three emails. UHaul was terrible in helping communicate with the movers, but it did get corrected. Told the representative for them we had a large desk, washer & dryer, a table, and like a million boxes. They showed up with no dolly, no straps. Booked them for four hours. They took so many breaks, I maybe got three hours of work from them. Even asked if I could pay them to work an extra hour to get the moving finished. They had to leave to pick someone up from his real job, so he could take a break for an hour. We moved the last thirty or so boxes ourselves, up a flight of stairs (we’re disabled). They damaged the box for my big screen TV and now it doesn’t work. One guy just said ‘that wasn’t us.’ Now I gotta file an insurance claim.
