Terrible experience. Difficult to reach prior to move, had to get movers out of their cars to unload storage unit multiple times, frequent complaining by movers to do standard moving tasks. These are NOT competent movers and it seemed as though they had never moved anyone before. We had to basically stand over them and supervise every item being moved and also had to constantly keep them from standing around for long periods of time. We have used several movers in many different capacities before and this was by far the worst experience.
