They will move a piece of furniture and take a five minute break and spent up 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to take an item out of door at one time was lay on the ground for at least 20 minutes my items were just tossed randomly without any protection in the back of the movie vehicles They absolutely do not know how to load and take entirely too long to do so this company is a rip off monopolizes western Kentucky to charge outrageous rates for poor service. My pastor and brother had to do most of the work and was charged an extra hour when I should’ve been charging them.

Dustin and his crew did a great job. There might be 1 issue with the washing machine, but Dustin said he was going to look into it. I might have to revise this depending on that issue. Overall, very friendly, hardworking, fast and efficient, and accomplished two locations for us. Thanks Dustin!!

This is the second time I've had Bootheel help out for my move. The first time I needed people to unload a UHaul, this time I needed help loading it. They were here on time, were extremely careful in how the truck was packed, and were quick too.
