These people failed to load the truck properly and as a result significant damage was done to our furniture. The company that unloaded the truck commented on how terrible of a job this crew did. They put lightweight, fragile boxes on the bottom and heavy boxes on top, smashing valuable items. They failed to tie down the load or secure it properly. During the loading we noticed one mover spent much time in the bathroom and on his cell phone. The experience was terrible, and it reflects VERY poorly on U-Haul. This group should never be used. We will be discussing the damage with U-Haul, and we expect them to take serious action.

The moving team was fast and efficient. Ended up with a lot of time leftover due to their hard work. The only criticism would be the communication. I think it could be improved upon. I reached out to confirm the appointment because I hadn’t heard anything then the day of he was running a little late but didn’t say anything. Otherwise a great service!

I am disappointed to say that they were an hour late to my move. No one let me know they were running late or on the way. I thought I was getting scammed. Once the movers actually got to us I will say they did a very good job and moved everything where I wanted.
