Highly Trained Moving moved me into my new home, so I hired them again to move my furniture so I could get new carpet. They did another amazing job! They were on time, worked quickly while taking such good care of my furniture and my home. I will definitely hire them again if I should need something heavy moved.

John was nice. Said he would treat my furniture like his own. That did not happen! He had back issues and could not load. He brought an older man and his 14 year old son to load. They did not pack the truck well. Boxes in front and heavy stuff at the back. They did not pack it tightly. Left a lot of stuff in my driveway! When I complained he made unprofessional remarks. I had to leave stuff behind that I loved. The load shifted the whole trip. In AZ when they opened the door, it took 4 guys to hold the load in so it wouldn't fall out in my driveway. I took over 100 pictures of the damage to my furniture. No Duplicates. I did call Moving Help and spoke with them about all the details. They were very helpful and recorded everything. Thank goodness I bought the insurance. I will be filing a claim. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I just want it to be over.
