Chris and Rod did a wonderful job unloading our u-haul! They were both so personable and got our 15 foot u-haul unloaded in under an hour and a half, in addition to helping us move some furniture out of the house. We couldn’t have done it without them!!

3 people arrived. The main person I was communicating with , an elderly man who did a good job and the first person's wife. The main point of contact did not tell the other two people that there were stairs prompting the wife to shoot my dirty looks and tell me she did not know like I lied. I explicitly texted about the stairs and included it in the initial booking and then confirmed it on the call. I was surprised it was not three men ( not to sound sexist at all). The wife moved very slow, she did a lot of standing around. The worst thing she did was pick up my boxes labeled fragile with one hand on the cardboard handle. Never in my life have I seen anyone handle a box this way let along one with glassware. I objected,told her to stop. She had the NERVE to say I was being particular. I witnessed her dragging my suitcase along concrete instead of rolling it on the wheels. Once I unpack I expect to many broken things. She also texted me at 12am to complain after I complained. Insane!

The main guy was experienced enough. One of his helpers was a relative who had no experience. The didn’t do well stacking items in our storage container. The othe guy was young and not very knowledgeable about placement of items.
