I booked for a 3 hours (1pm start) & the crew was 3 hours late! Communication was not the greatest. Received a call at 108pm saying they were delayed an hour. At 232pm I reached out via text & received a call at 234pm stating they were just finished another client & was on the way. At 334pm the person who confirmed the booking texted & said the crew was on the way. (Mind you this is an hour after the crew said they were on the way). They finally arrived at 420pm & started at 430pm. Some of my furniture was left outside the truck instead of being immediately placed in the truck & near the end it started to lightly sprinkle so my things got a little wet. My stuff was loaded carelessly being pushed & dragged across the truck leaving scratched over several items. Overall, it took about 1hr10mins to load after which they requested to break to eat (which I didnt mind). Unloading took about 1hr20minutes. Don was good but helper complained but was better after eating.
