The team was incredible. They showed up early, worked hard and stayed professional, and got done early too! I can't recommend this company enough, and am going to suggest them for everyone I know who has a move coming up. Thank you for all your help! I did send a tip through Venmo as I did not know that the tip option would be here, but I sent 30 bucks per worker.

I underestimated how long the electric (but also heavy) piano would take to move despite removing the legs already, however, it took 2 movers 1.5 hours to get the items into my apartment when I moved in so I was surprised it took 3 movers 2.75 hours to empty, and 1.25 to load into my apartment with an additional 2 hours with only 2 movers to complete. There was a lot of standing around and talking and one of the 3 movers kept wandering off to the car. However, they appeared to be very careful with my items and only left two very small scuff marks on the wall.
