Should have listened to earlier reviews but decided to take a chance for the price. Let me start with the 1 mover that showed up(Corey) was amazing, he worked very hard trying to make up for the other help not showing up luckily I had a group of friends there to assist as well. He nor I were informed that the second person wasn’t going to show up. I was refunded half of my money to make up for the other guy not showing up but if I wouldn’t have had a group of buddies there helping my move would not have gone as planned and there would’ve been now way I would have finished in the 2 hours I booked.

These men were wonderful! I told them what I needed and they took care of everything quickly. I appreciated their kindness. They were efficient in their work and great to talk to. The next time I move, I hope to be able to use them again!

Paid for three hrs of two people helping. Only one helped the three hrs, the other arrived late and helped for one hr. They did work with me pushing the start time. If I wouldn’t have been helping myself and my friend he would not have been able to move me in 3hrs. Told the main POC and zero response. Beware. I will NOT recommend. The mover was pleasant efficient and respectful.

They said they were sending 2 men. Considering I paid for 2 movers. Only 1 showed. Which wasn’t a big deal, except for when it came to payment. they asked for the payment code, and assured me that they were only able to adjust the price to the prorated rate for one Man once they had received the payment code. They said they would send a confirmation to me showing the updated price once it was submitted. after I sent them the payment code, they stopped responding, I put in a complaint to U-Haul. This is blatant fraud. Still waiting to hear back. Would not trust these folks. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank
