I pd for 2 helpers for 2 hrs. Guy shows up with his son and wife. They were moving EXTREMELY slow, packed my truck very sloppy. Busted my couch. When the 2hrs was up I tried to extend 1 hr he told me it would be double what I was paying per hr because there was 3 of them instead of 2 and it had to be cash. I didn’t tell them to bring an additional person and it really didn’t even help. Ended up paying a lot more to have someone else come last minute to finish the job!!!!!!!

They damaged some furniture and broke an entire dresser not to mention damaging the wall and the floor the home I was moving out of. Cost me WAY MORE money than I saved. While this husband and wife team were pleasant, they clearly were not professional movers.

Wall was hit during move in of hutch in the hallway. Nothing to do with this crew but it shouldn’t take 4 hours to book a crew! Address was not in U-Haul App. Phone would cut out or I was played music for a long period and then be cut off.

The movers arrived on time, communicated well, and worked very hard. We had a 3-story house with large furniture, and they handled everything smoothly. A third helper joined (in addition to the two I originally booked), and we agreed on a fair payment for the extra hands. Really appreciated their effort as a family team!
