If your Moving Help order needs changed or is delayed, we never charge a fee to reschedule. You can do so directly with your selected Moving Help Service Provider as well as through your customer account. Rescheduling will ensure your service rates will not change and your move can be handled by the team you have already selected.

Moving Helpers will not start any jobs if they are exhibiting flu like symptoms.
Your Moving Help transaction includes contactless payment with our patented Payment Code. Simply provide the 6-digit code when the Job is satisfactorily completed.
