We had a confirmed time for 3 movers but they showed up 1.5 hrs late. One of the guys who arrived was injured and told us he would be unable to do any lifting. One of the other movers was a 14 year old who was training though I'm not sure he wanted to be- then got injured soon after starting and sat in the car. The other 2 movers worked hard while they were working; however, they did take breaks that were in excess (over 15 min) to smoke and sit in car. We were dissatisfied that we really only had 2 workers moving and there was extreme damage to our new house (walls are black, banged, scraped from boxes and furniture). Instead of trying to finish the job (we were left with 1.3 the truck at 4 hours) they wanted more money then had the manager call demanding their code for the full amount or have us arrested. I should add that the guys who loaded the truck had no issues and they had more to do- and came from a 3 story condo in 4 hours. Zero customer service- would NOT recommend.

Company called immediately and confirmed time and location. Hired two men for 5 hours. An older gentleman that smelled like alcohol and two teenagers showed up. Dropped and broke an armoire, gouged the ceiling and scraped the walls. Company representative called and said that my guy was not being professional towards his and that he was told my guy caused the damage, but I had an on-site project manager that watched this happen as well as stood with our client and heard their guy scream the f-bomb 5 or 6 times after dropping the armoire. Worst experience I've had hiring on movinghelp.com.
