They did a great job! They showed up on time and efficiently moved my belongings into our truck. Some things were supposed to separated to go to an apartment vs a storage unit and ended up not being separated but at least it all got on the truck and nothing got damaged and the movers were friendly.

The men were polite and let us know when they would be arriving, but they were very inexperienced. They were shown everything that needed to be packed before they started, but left many gaps in the truck and could not fit our patio set. They charged for several hours overtime, but did not complete the job. My parents (in their 60's) had to re-pack the truck and were able to pack everything in it without an issue. It was very upsetting that they charged for work that was not done well and had to be redone by older people who should not be moving furniture and heavy boxes. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them .When I told them this afterwards, they said they were not told about the patio set, which was not true. I believe they should have sent at least part of the money back to my mother-in-law that they charged for overtime, since she did the work for them.
