The person doing the coordinating from the top was very helpful and communicated extremely well. However, the movers who showed up were not able to deliver all six boxes we had requested, pack them, and return them. That piece of the process was much harder to communicate and complete. I feel that the cost was too much and not consistent with the other two quotes I had received, considering the job was not completed fully by the company. Because I belive we paid more than the services we received I will not be leaving a tip.

Chuck & Joe were great to work with. Very efficient & interactive in planning and execution. I had a small dining table and 4 chairs whose final destination was iffy, so they were good enough work with me to figure out how we could wedge it in the preferred unit and still have plenty of maneuvering room for a mower and snow Blower. Whew! Glad we didn't have to bring it into the house. Great guys, very focused & hard workers!

Terrible experience with movers. They were late, the company wanted to change times 12 hours prior to move. This was a long-distance move and they had no concept or concern of all the moving pieces that take place. Would not recommend them to anyone.

These 2 kids they sent me seemed immature (very young boy and girl) and dropping furniture (pieces came off and this young boy telling me he did not break it while it happened right in front of me and telling me not to worry about it). These 2 were coursing at each other and just total unacceptable behavior. I have moved many times but first time I just asked movers to leave; I will ask for at least a refund for my 2 hours I paid them. I finished loading with my wife and ended up hours behind, It was a nightmare
