I had a fantastic experience with Chief Brothers. Initially I was not happy since I wanted to start the move in the morning, but they informed me that there was some system glitch and they already had someone in the morning. Then on the day of the move they called again and told me that their current move had some complications and so they had to delay my work by couple of hours. I was not thrilled to hear that, but on the other hand they kept constant communication to keep me updated which I really appreciated. Once they arrived they were very professional, efficient and handled all my items with great care. The way they managed everything, they did not waste a single minute. Super fast while taking care that my belongings were protected. Because they delayed my move by couple of hours, they even got an extra person and did not charge me for it. It was a very professional experience. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!

Chief and his crew were very quick and efficient, and very personable with a can do attitude. They lifted things we never thought possible and they got a dresser up a narrow flight of stairs that seemed impossible. There is no way we could have managed that by ourselves. We will gladly hire them again and highly recommend them.
