They were great with communicating and gracious with moving time around to accommodate my arrival time, but was unexpectedly hit with a $50 additional charge to move the time, which I understand. Once the gentlemen got here they carried in all of the heavy furniture but some of my items ended up scrubbing the ground and becoming dirty which is an annoyance. Overall their service was average, just happy to have someone move my family in.

Both gentlemen arrived on time at the location. I only needed the moving help to load approximately 50 medium to large boxes into the moving rental van from a 2nd floor garden apartment location. Both workers from 'Road Runners M and D Moving' were courteous and professional, completed the job in less than an hour. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend 'Road Runners M and D Moving' to others. Also, I provided a generous cash tip to the two moving helpers at the time I provided them with the payment code.

Highly professional service and highly communicative. I had to schedule a move with them in a pinch, and they not only reached out to confirm the order in a very timely manner, but worked with me over the phone to resolve several issues in the process of loading my things (stemming from the fact that I couldn’t be there in person). The unloading process was very quick, they were highly polite both over the phone and in person, and they handled fragile materials with care. Would highly recommend their service.
