They were quite late, even with an adjusted time. And did try to leave right at the end of the period, which would have shorted a half hour. But ended up staying what they owed.

The movers got stuck in traffic but when they arrived they were ready to go and did a great job. Would be helpful to call me as soon as they know they would be late.
