Extremely little communication in advance. I had to call to make certain movers were coming when expected. Didn’t hear from anyone until the morning of the move. Movers arrived almost 30min late. Multiple objects were either damaged or would have been lost on the floor of the loading dock if I had not checked. Despite this all, I still provided the movers with a tip because I value receiving help. However, I would not hire or recommend this company again.
