They tried to rush and kept bending my couch and broke the frame. So this is why thier getting such a low raitng because now i have a broken 600 dollar couch.

Do NOT use these people.I do not recommend them. I encourage uhaul to remove them from their list. It was a female and male. Both unprofessional, young, immature and inexperience for the job. The female stayed on her cell phone. They took several water breaks stalling time. They refuse to use the moving equipment provided by uhaul to speed the move up. They broke several fragile boxes of fine dishes & fine art I’ve collected for years. My boxes and bags were numbered after they left I noticed my stuff was stolen They had a large white truck with a black cover on the back. I was by myself couldn’t monitor them alone. I called my family to the storage to watch them in the parking lot. These people are thieves and will damage your belongings. Uhaul should look at the camera footage to investigate. them. I moved into their storage which has cameras.They will see me arguing with these thieves about my stuff. I discovered my stuff missing after they left.
