Communication was poor and I was left unsure what time exactly they would arrive until the morning. On the other hand, Trevor did an amazing job with unloading our items and went above and beyond to ensure it was done and completed. Trevor was very pleasant and professional and willing to help. Inquire or ask to have Trevor to be one of the crew members to get the job done.
