Movers dropped an expensive piece of furniture. Furniture now has permanent damage and the wall also had substantial damage. They attempted to fix the wall, but was unable to make the wall look presentable. I ended up fixing the wall myself. Movers were nice guys, but they attempted to move a large desk improperly. They attempted to use straps and hold the desk vertically as they went down the stairs. They walked down with the heavier part on the on top, which resulted in them dropping the piece of furniture. Now I understand that accidents happen and was glad that everyone was for the most part ok. That being said, upon speaking to the management, they claimed they carry no insurance for when incidents like this happen, and they can only refund me around 20 percent of the cost of their services. That hardly covers the repair to fix the damage they did to my desk. Not sure if there's anything else I can really do. For anyone reading this review, please keep this story in mind.

Already tipped helpers. They were Incredible!! I use to work for FedEx as an Ops Mgr. JP and these gentlemen knew how to load the truck perfectly. I don’t know what they make, but they need to be paid top dollar !
