I have very mixed feelings. They did show up and move things. Paul came with two helpers and someone that hung out for a while rather than just being 2 people total. They worked for about 75-80 minutes, and they had to leave (which equals about 2 people for 2 hours). They got half to two-thirds done of what my previous movers did in 1 hour. One of them took some of my son's candy and left wrappers around the new place. Very awkward ending as they seemed to imply I should pay or tip an additional $100 for the 3rd worker.

The movers were polite and arrived as promised. My only criticism is that Paul was a little too hands on and controlling of his other movers he brought with him. It kind of hampered and slowed us down significantly. He spent too much time moving boxes around on the truck. Also, he just needs to trust his movers a little more because speed is a priority when on the clock.

Great communication until he was late and I had to track him down. Once he and his crew arrived they worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job loading and unloading and getting everything where it needed to go. I ordered a 2 man crew and he brought an extra man. I didn’t think anything of it until they were finished and he said because he had a third man I would need to pay more money. I was unprepared for that. Since I paid for two men for three hours and they were done in two hours, because of his extra man, we called it even. I would use Paul and his crew again, but I would just want to make sure that we are on the same page about the number of people and the cost.

Paul was 25 min late for the job. He had no moving equipment with him. He did a fine job packing and was very polite. I had to call him to confirm the job when I think he should have called me. Also he should have called me to tell me he would be late.
