Last Minute Movers

You lied and I see now that I have to report you since MovingHelp is not helpful. Your sons (19 year olds) did in fact stop the move. These items that you claim that could not go down to the basement was done by another company who was able to do it with grace. You are a liar and that is unprofessional. I have never used MovingHelp until now and your sons asked me for a code that was emailed to me then left. I had no idea what they were doing until I realized that they were not coming back. In which I messaged you and you told me that they were called to another job. How can they be called to another job when the current job that they had was undone? You then offered to send someone else but then stopped responding after I asked, begged you to. Although private, there was no argument with my landlord. He assumed an item was his until it was proven it wasn't. We were then given an additional hour to get our things. In which I paid you for an additional hour and sons stopped working.

One of them was 2 minutes early and the other one was late. They were very polite. However, I didn't like the fact that my new computer desk now has a scratch and one of my night stand 1st drawer was broken. I already tipped them in cash.
