Avoid this moving company at all costs. The owner knowing fully well that it should be a flat rate fee for a UBOX decided to charge me a hourly rate. I reached out to the provider, and he claimed that he performed additional services which was why he charged me extra. His initial excuse was that they only charge a hourly rate. The movers also claimed that they loaded my car which was a big lie as I loaded my car myself while they loaded the Ubox. They did help with loading 2 medium size boxes in my car which they claim is additional service and charged an extra one hour for. Long story short, I will be taking them to court as I value honesty, and they were very dishonest from the very beginning.
