The movers arrived 40 minutes later than originally scheduled time, broke or damaged multiple items, made numerous scrapes in my newly refinished hardwood floors, and made large marks and scrapes in drywall in the stairwell. They were not quick or efficient; my friend and I ended up helping move items the majority of the 3 hour time for loading and unload the truck so that we could finish within the three hours scheduled. The movers told me a few minutes before three hours mark that they would have to charge for extra time, and I got texts from the owner warning about potential extra charges while moving which created a more negative experience overall. If there are extra charges possible, that should be explained when the job is accepted and before the move starts. I do not recommend using this company. They were not careful enough with my property, damaged many things, and created a stressful, negative experience. I would never use them again.

Simply amazing. Suh and Gary arrived asap for a last minute load-unload request. Communication was spot on. Professional and courteous, went above and beyond, moving a two bed apt at lighting speed. We needed an extra hour of time from our original request, as we had a bit more than we thought, and they were more than accommodating. Excellent service, and a total lifesaver. If you need help moving, THIS is your company. Hands down, no competition.
