Had to pay for an additional hour but not all the things were loaded and had too complete. They packed truck key in uhaul Andi had to get a locksmith. Left much later than anticipated

The loading of the truck went relatively well. However, I drove a ‘26 truck from the storage area to my home after the movers left and I happen to beat them there. They claimed low air in their vehicle tires. Having reserved and paying for four hours of labor for two people, one of the movers decided that they did not want to work anymore and left to sit in their car, while leaving me and the lead mover to finish the job. Extremely disappointed in the services provided by this company, I would not recommend unless a change in employees or management.
