I provided furniture pads and they were not used. My dining room table has scratches and the chairs have chips in them. The movers were friendly but wearing pajama pants and crocs. They were unprepared and struggled to get things upstairs. They were sliding furniture across the hardwood floor and left deep scratches. Really disappointing experience. I contacted the owner and he apologized but didn’t offer any support. He did end up paying for the supplies I need to fix the scratches myself but it doesn’t fix my dining room table. I do not recommend this mover. It’s not worth it.

I requested 3 movers for 2 hours and the 3rd guy showed up 30 minutes late. Overall, it was a good experience, but having the 3rd person on time would have made things go faster.
