Honestly I was quite disappointed in this company. Everything was fine up until after they were done unloading. I gave them a pretty generous tip and when I went upstairs to look around I realized that the bed they disassembled was still disassembled. I paid for 3 hours of unloading and loading and the movers left 30-45 minutes they were supposed to. The movers conveniently forgot to tell me where they put the screws to the bed so I ended up having to get one of my friends to help me out. I sent an email that night to Urban Movers about the issue and they called me the next day just to turn the tables on me and tell me that the screws from the bed were already missing prior to it being disassembled even though I was the one that built the bed frame. Basically they didn’t take any responsibility for this issue and blamed it on me. I guess you get what you pay for. The price may seem nice but it is not worth the hassle.

Skylar & (forgot his name!) were great! Communicated with me in advance. Were on time & were very professional. Had a difficult time getting the couch in but got it done. Took 2.5 hours but completed the job. Would definitely use them again!
