Jeff and Scott were great. They were done in three hours. However, I had paid for four. They told me to call U-Haul to get a refund for the extra hour, and U-Haul told me to call the company. Now the company will not answer their phone. It's frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company.

The guys were pros -- not a scratch or dent made. Once they arrived, they got basics of what needed to be moved and where and went right to work. Stacking in the truck was expertly done. It was all over with faster than I imagined. (I already tipped, so will skip this part of the feedback).

Two helpers worked hard and I am satisfied with their service but the staff in the office was not professional at all. She hung up the phone while I was talking to her. Moreover, nobody answered the phone even on weekdays, which would make you anxious.
