Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! Would never recommend to anybody. They were scheduled for 9am. He called me every 20 minutes to say that they would be there in 20 minutes. This went on for hours until they finally showed up around 3pm. I had a cleaning lady scheduled for 3pm so she couldn’t clean until they finished, which cost me more money. They banged up all my furniture and packed the U-Haul so poorly that there is a ton of broken stuff. They were so slow and kind seemed like maybe they were on something. The last people who moved me took 1.5 hours for the same things and same size truck. These people are scammers and go very slowly so they can try to charge you more money. They also finished loading half my things then said the rest wouldn’t fit. After I got an attitude with the one guy, they made more fit. But they have absolutely no idea how to load a U-Haul or how to treat your possessions and will try to scam you out of more money by working slowly and needing to repack the U-Haul.
