I was up in the air about how to go about facilitating this move. Needing it to be as smooth as possible, with two very small kids, and lots of stuff, living in a second floor apartment above an active business. These guys were the best. Got the job done an hour earlier than I had estimated, and did a great, top notch job at that. I will definitely be calling this company for our next move. If you are on the fence about hiring moving help, hire these guys.

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. My stuff just arrived after a cross-country move, and almost all the boxes are crushed, and almost all my furniture is damaged. The guys who unloaded me said they'd never seen such a poorly loaded truck. I didn't realize this until it was unloaded -- but 1) KGF only wrapped 2 pieces of furniture in cellophane, so nothing was protected from scratches; 2) they put fragile boxes on the bottom and heavy boxes on the top, so dozens of boxes were crushed; 3) they apparently stacked furniture in a completely insane way. They did stupid, avoidable stuff like pack my tv with the cord ON the screen so there's a giant crack in the screen from where the cord got pushed into it. I have dozens of pictures of how badly everything was stacked and damaged. Billy from KGF claims I waited too long to report an issue and will not refund my payment. How would I know how poorly everything was loaded until it was unloaded? These guys are irresponsible and negligent.

Great job! I only wish they would have unwrapped some of the furniture. I would recommend to use in the future for sure.
