This was a terrible experience. First, they arrived late. I have arthritis and other medical problems so I hired these guys so I wouldn’t have to load and unload my stuff. I still had to. About an hour and a half into the five hours that I paid for, he told me they wouldn’t be able to move all our stuff. We had to pick and choose. Because he had another job, that wasn’t a U-Haul job, and was his own private job and that took priority. He took stuff that we wanted to stay. They didn’t bring stuff that we asked them to bring, they broke dishes. In all he transported about half my stuff, but guess what? He made sure he got thirty minutes past the last hour so I ended up getting charged for six, then having to finish the mover myself. That’s right, I paid extra beyond the estimate - via Cashap - then had to do it myself. And now I’m in severe pain.
