Shawn and his employees were absolutely perfect! When they got held up in traffic, he actually sent me a picture of the construction he was in. The did a fantastic job Unloading a very full 26 foot truck in record time. They listened to my wife's instructions and put everything where she told them too. They helped to move furniture around, had time to put together the beds and help with anything we asked them too. They also explained what they would have done if they had loaded the truck, like wrapping all the furniture. We had 3 dozen wrapping blankets and our loaders used almost none, 5 of the 6 packages of blankets were left Unopened or used. I wish we had Shawn and his guys on the loading end. They were all very professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Have faith knowing if you hire them,you will get the best,hardest working crew available anywhere.

it was ridiculous, I ordered 3 people and only got 2. The one in charge was great, the other he hired was the worst, did not listen and carried one picture at a time...Litterally!! I was about to lose my mind on the helper and very dissatisfied, my boyfriend and I moved just me from Illinois and we ended up doing most the work. There were many things damaged in the trip so I am not able to hold them accountable since I wasn't able to look. I told the helper to put the small stuff to the side and I could move that later since they didn't bring the 3rd guy I hired... He never listened and continued to carry on small item at a time and refused to use a dolly for 4 boxes at a time. It was the worst experience compared to the MEN who loaded my truck in Illinois. If I could have gotten a refund I would have asked for itk, though the one in charge did a great job, he just needs to manage his help better and provide the amount of workers I paid for. I already tipped them 60 to finish the rest

This crew was phenomenal - on time, communicated effectively, understood what we needed. They were so accommodating, we had a few things more things we were able to accomplish in the two hours because they were so fast. They really went above and beyond helping us move bedrooms around within the house and then they had time to help us get some things moved around in the garage. Will be hiring for all our future needs!!

This crew was phenomenal in EVERY step we took..on time, communicated thoroughly, understood EXACTLY how i wanted truck packed, stacked & packed with NO ROOM TO SPARE..PERFECT..hard & swift moving, respectful...went above and beyond helping me get from one place to another..worked for two hours in poring rain with NOT ONE COMPLAINT or sigh of disgust..POSITIVE attitudes...drove 2 hours one way to get here, offered to adjust time if needed for MY schedule...wasted ZERO TIME...these people are TOP NOTCH..i will use them again and again when needed...price was VERY REASONABLE...just cant say enough positive about them!!! Thanks guys, you're AWESOME!!!
