Both of the movers arrived an hour late, they said it was due to being on another move that went over on time (it was 9AM), they then later told me that they were late due to getting in a bar fight the night before and one of them had a toothache. They were also high. How do I know they were high? They told me, repeatedly. They damaged multiple items throughout the move, and acknowledged at the time of their wrong doing. However, when filing an insurance claim, they claimed they had no knowledge of the incidents, but they didn't realize I had video evidence. Catching them in their lie. Two of the most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever encountered.

The miscommunication with the scheduler and original moving Crew was a little lacking but the company worked it out eventually and got another crew to us a few hours later. The moving team was awesome! Very polite and extremely hard working!
