They charged me an additional $200 after I paid for two hours of service. The movers worked for an hour and took a 40-minute break, but they still charged me for two more hours even though they only worked for an additional 30 minutes.

Paid for 2 men for 2 hours, loading was done in 45 minutes, 7 miles to unload, had a full hour left, worker on phone with supervisor said needed pay code before unloading, after they got pay code refused to unload unless I paid $108 more. I called owner the next day to talk about issue. He was very argumentative and tried to give me a tutorial on the english language. This was nothing short of a shake down, and I have never worked with a company as unprofessional and shady as this one. The two workers were great, even though they showed up without a dolly (to move furniture and appliances!) The owner on the other hand and his business practices are straight trash, and I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. I will be leaving reviews every where I find the opportunity and would love nothing more than to see this business go down in flames and the owner to rot in hell.

They requested to start the unload earlier than I requested so I made extra effort to show up early but they showed up 2hrs late due to being over booked. They did the job in under an hour and were friendly but they had someone booked right after me so even if I need the full two hours they wouldn’t have been able to commit. I think it’s time they raise their rates to meet demand and provide better quality.

I wish I had been told ahead of time that my job request wasn't something that they would normally do. However, the job had already begun. I was told that there would be an upcharge since I was using the same crew to load and unload. The number of items was minimal (could easily fit in the back of a pickup truck), the 'load' location was approximately 6 miles from the 'unload' location and took less than an hour to complete. Instead, I was charged an additional 3 hours on top of the 2 hours already paid. Because the job was already underway and I needed it done, I agreed to the additional charge.
