We booked the crew through our local U-Haul and trying to establish communication was cumbersome initially as their phone service was going through some upgrades but once connected, they were extremely responsive and delivered on time and professionally. Would recommend.

I booked their service approximately 1 month in advance for a big two day move. Omar contacted me about a week before our move to confirm all of our details. 48 hours before my move I was contacted by the owner Chris and he informed me that Omar was no longer working for them. On our moving day the movers showed up late but worked well on the first day. On the second day I was called at 8 30 in the morning and told no one would be showing up for our move and that they were sorry. I had to find other arrangements.

I booked a service to help unload my belongings. Even after rescheduling twice, they were kind and accommodating, and made sure to provide the service on the date I requested. They called ahead before arriving at my home and showed up right on time. Impressively, they completed the job earlier than the scheduled time and handled all of my items with great care. They moved heavy items like my desk, bookshelf, and boxes of books up to the second floor without causing any damage. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them. If you're considering using a moving service, don't hesitate to choose this company!
