if more than 5 stars was allowed, i would give 10 ... JJ's is my favorite help... I have used this company several times and will continue to use them at any time I need help of this type. They have always been courteous and gone beyond what was expected. They work hard and do the work I cannot do for myself. This company is not only reliable but has always helped me with whatever I need to transfer my belongings to a new location including taking apart big furniture and putting it back together and putting all those annoying boxes of stuff in the location that they are labled for or look like they should be ... a tremendous help ... thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. They made the process very easy and efficient; got everything loaded and unloaded in less than 2hrs. They went above and beyond in ensuring my stuff would be safe during the move, wrapping and reinforcing some things. And my favorite part--they sensibly organized my stuff in the storage unit so that I would have easy access to boxes I may need to access from time to time! Absolutely intend on using their services again in the future.

The whole experience, from beginning to end, was easy and pleasant. The staff are friendly and clear. We asked if they could come earlier and the lady on the phone was quick to confirm and get it to the guys. These guys worked hard and very professional took extra care of everything. They did a walk through of where things neede to go and when and did it perfect. Super happy. Thank you guys n gals!

They completely unloaded the truck quickly and professionally I was under the impression that I paid for 3 hours and after they put the bed together they left Which was hour and half I had other furniture I could have used the help putting together Other than that everything was professional and done without incident
