These young guys don’t really have any idea what they’re doing. Nice guys, but novices for sure. They aren’t good at estimating what will fit through hallways or doors, they aren’t any good at packing and organizing a trailer, and they overestimate their strength and dropped my tool chest busting off the logo and scratching the paint. They need to temporarily close shop and apprentice under experienced movers before returning to this work. I know they’re cheap, but it’s not worth it.

Items were not unloaded with care at all. They were just unloading my U-Haul into a storage unit with no stairs and it took them 3 hours even with me helping the last hour. I had my toolbox damaged because they wouldn’t listen to me about taking out the drawers so when they went down the ramp the tools all came out. I heard several times loud crashes in the truck like they were just letting stuff fall down without taking stuff off the top first. All my items were just thrown into the unit so I have no idea what else is damaged. I went to give them an extra $40 just for the other hour because of how poorly this experience was and one of them was being held back by the other like he wanted to fight me because I wouldn’t pay the full hour. I had to lock myself into the lobby of the storage place and called 911. I ended up only paying for the two hours once the cops got there and resolved the issue. I definitely would not recommend unless you watch them very close.

They were really nice and respectful. There was just some miscommunication twice that led to delays and me thinking they wouldn't be coming. Because of this, I ended up doing a large portion of the unloading and moving by myself on 8-15-23. Once they came they got the large, heavy items for me quickly. Overall, I would say just communicate with the customers more clearly.
