Communication from the company was terrible. I booked several weeks in advance and reached out via phone to get confirmation on timing etc. never got a call back. A representative of the company did text me at 1030pm on the eve of my scheduled move, and by then he didn't have a slot available for when I'd rented the truck so, I had to go back and reschedule that. I never got a firm time from him, and the guys showed up about an hour after they tentatively scheduled to show up. Once the guys got there and on the job they were great. Courteous, professional, and hard-working. But I feel like the company let them and me down. I picked them because they were the low-cost provider, but the next time I think I'll spend a little more in the hopes of getting someone who knows how to run a business.

Problems with communication with the company but they finally responded on Friday day before move. They were also 90 minutes late on day of move, but kept in contact via text. They were nice and laid back. We gave them cash for the tip.

Some definite scratches on coffee table and entertainment center, but they did pack very efficiently. They also helped re-attach auto transport trailer after they were done loading the truck.
