Big Movers

Jay and Derrick did an outstanding job moving us into our 2 bedroom apartment! They were so friendly and helpful, if we ever move in the future I would hope to have their assistance again. We had 2 U-Boxes shipped across country, on the morning of the unload we were told by U-Haul that they did not have the double trailer to tow our boxes as previously discussed. Big Movers were able to unload the U-boxes on site into their own truck, drive to our new apartment, and then unload our belongings. Jay and Derrick were so efficient, working quickly and carefully not to damage anything we had. If you book Big Movers and have assistance from either of them, you are in great hands.

Movers were great. Office staff has a 19-signature contract that includes an arrival window. The hourly charges start when THEY arrive, not when you would like to. That said, my movers arrived AFTER said window and 40 minutes after my requested start time. Again, no problem with the movers themselves. 4 stars instead of 5 for creating a strict process and then not really following it.
